At its meeting in June, the NAOC Board of Directors decided that an updated Directory was in order. It was decided that this directory would be in place of the normal December issue in order to keep costs down. Work on this new Directory will begin on October 1. All information that we have on hand as of October 1 is what will appear in the Directory.

We have been doing a pretty good job of keeping membership information updated through the renewal process. This is the only notice that you will receive to make any changes to your membership information, if necessary. If you need to update an address, phone number (land or cell), email address, or vehicle, now is the time to do so. Members with email access may email this information to the Membership Manager at membership.naoc@yahoo.com. Or, members may snail mail this information to Paul Hartlieb, NAOC Membership Manager, 121 N Railroad St, Myerstown, PA 17067-1130. This also applies to information which you would prefer to remain private.

Even though the directory is finished, please continue to update your information as necessary.

Also, please remember that we no longer accept seasonal address changes for the Bulk Mail Membership Rate. All you need to do if you are a Snowbird is upgrade your membership to the First Class Mail rate. That way, you issues of Runabouts to Rockets will always find you.
